Yes I know.  Most of the “must visit” places on our Colorado trip list are food establishments.  This is probably the reason that my pants are getting tighter every day we are here.  But you only live once, and I just can’t pass up the yummy Creole fare at Lucile’s Cafe.  Pictured here is the Eggs Pontchartrain with Trout and Grits.  In a word, amazing!  Their biscuits are also a great breakfast treat to try.  C’est Bon!
